The 4th festival edition of CologneOFF Cologne Online Film Festival

Dopo le inaugurazione a Maracaibo (Venezuela) a Ottobre 08 e quella tedesca a Norimberga a novembre, il festival finalmente è stato lanciato in rete, con una selezione di di più di 142 corti e video coinvolgendo artisti da 40 paesi diversi.
Il festival è strutturato in tre parti, OFF - la sezione ufficiale del festival - comprende 35 films, LAB è un alaboratorio di 80 films che trattano varie tematiche e MOTHER - una selezione che comprende 27 films sul tema della "madre".
Ideato e curato da Wilfried Agricola de Cologne, CologneOFF IV rappresenta una delle più vaste selezioni di opere che si contraddistinguono per la loro qualità nel panorama dei festival online.

Here We Are!
After the world premiere in Maracaibo in October 2008 and the German premiere in Nuremberg in November, the festival is finally launched on the net, including more than 142 short films and videos from 40 countries.
The festival consists of 3 programs, OFF - the official festival selection, including 35 films, LAB series - a laboratory for 80 films under various thematic aspects, MOTHER - a film program on theme “mother”, including another 27 films.
Directed and curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne, CologneOFF IV contains the largest film selection until now, presenting many excellent works on the online festival space, as well in physical screenings - to be announced in time.
